Borrowing is easy. Just click 'Join' at the top of the page and follow the process. Once registered as a borrower you can apply for a loan. If your loan application is accepted and you agree to our terms, it will be listed on our platform for registered investors only, to be able to start funding.

Applying for a loan

You can register as an individual, a couple (or group of individuals), a trust, a company or another type of organisation. When you apply for a loan you will be asked to upload documents, including bank statements and asset valuations, and to provide details of your income and expenditure.

  • Borrowing is simple. Simply register with us as a borrower, then follow the process to apply for a loan.
  • We can lend for a variety of legitimate loan purposes and loan terms.
  • We can offer loan sizes from $25,000 to $2 million.
  • We don’t pigeonhole borrowers; we understand each situation is unique and will take the time to understand your needs and provide you with appropriate options.
  • Typically, we take a registered mortgage over property - residential, commercial, land or assets, as security against a loan. In some circumstances, additional security may also be required.
  • Although there may be multiple investors funding your loan, you only have to make your regular repayments to one entity and we will take care of the rest.
